Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of whitehat.ai.kr and related services (WhiteMail, WhiteHat Code, and other affiliated offerings, together the "Service") operated by Strawberry Fields Inc. ("the Company"), and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" means the email security analysis, code security scanning, and related offerings provided by the Company. "User" means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason for any amendment in advance.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of the Service)

The Company may modify the content of the Service as needed, and may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance when necessary.

Article 5 (Inquiries and Onboarding)

Adoption/partnership inquiries submitted through the site's inquiry form are reviewed by the Company's staff, who will respond to the contact information provided.

Article 6 (Company Obligations)

The Company will not engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law or these Terms, and will make ongoing efforts to provide a safe Service.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must provide accurate information when making inquiries, and must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content, trademarks, and logos included in the Service belong to the Company or its rightful owners.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, and limits its liability for damages arising from information obtained through the Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Disputes relating to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered address as the exclusive venue.

These Terms are effective as of July 14, 2026.
